3. Rooms available for conference participants are limited, so please be noted that Hotel Reservation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Room Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made and received in writing.
-Cancellations before October 1, 2017 will receive a full refund.
-Cancellations between October 1 to October 7 will not be accepted (National Day Holidays).
-Cancellations between October 8 to October 15 will be refunded 50% of fees.
-No refunds will be provided for cancellations after October 15, 2017 or no-shows.
